50% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

A charge of 100% of your total reservation will apply. Non-refundable rates:

For non-refundable reservations, a full refund is not possible upon cancellation, nor is it possible to change dates. In either case, a 100% charge of the total reservation cost will be applied. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.

The hotel is exclusively for adults.

Pet Policy: Only properly identified service pets are accepted.

We kindly ask that you turn off all lights and the air conditioning when leaving the room. Parties, events, or illegal activities are not permitted.

Any violation of this rule will result in immediate check-out. No Smoking:

Any damage exceeding the security deposit amount will be charged to the guest. Maintenance:

The property owner reserves the right to carry out maintenance work

in amenities and common areas without prior notice.
