Parties and gatherings that disturb the peace and quiet of the hotel are not permitted. The rest and relaxation of all guests is our priority.
Music is welcome as long as it is kept at a moderate volume and without external speakers. Any request from the team to lower the volume must be heeded.
For safety reasons, glass is not permitted in the pool area. The hotel may restrict objects or behaviors that pose a risk to other guests.
To maintain cleanliness and safety, the hotel may restrict the entry of outside food or drinks to certain areas, including the pool.
Visitors must register in advance at reception. Their access is subject to authorization by the hotel staff and the hotel's regulations. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.
Damages, losses, or missing items in rooms or common areas may be charged to the guest's account, subject to hotel review. Consumables (minibar, snacks, extras)
are recorded and charged to the room.
For your safety, keep your door closed at all times and report any unusual situation
to reception or concierge.
Only properly identified service pets are accepted.
